Return / exchange of goods

The procedure for returning / exchanging goods is very simple.

1. In the annex to the confirmation e-mail that you received from us after the order, you will find a form for withdrawal from the contract or you can also download it HERE .
2. Please print and complete this form.
3. Please pack the goods against damage and send them to our address together with the withdrawal form, warranty card and invoice. .
4. All documents must be original as you received them.
