COMPLAINT GOODS
The procedure for claiming goods is very simple.
1. In an attachment to the confirmation email, you received from us after ordering, you can find the complaint form or you can also download it HERE .
2. Please print and complete this claim form.
3. Attach it to the item with your original warranty card.
4. Please pack the item against it. damage and send to our address.
We will do everything to process your complaint as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days of receipt of the shipment.
